911 call leads to sex assault arrest

A Thursday 911 call led to the arrest of a 46-year-old Cameron man for attempted aggravated sexual assault.

Leotis Quincy Miller remains in the county jail on $50,000 bond. He was also charged with unlawful restraint and a parole violation.

The call was handled at the Cameron Police Depar tment where, according to police, a dispatcher heard a woman saying she “wanted to go home” and a man’s voice yelling death threats.”

Police tracked the source of the cell phone call and made the arrest.
