Ashworth awarded Bronze Star Medal

The history of Rockdale will be in focus on Sunday, June 13 as old-timers and newcomers alike gather to reminisce about the town which is steadily moving toward its 150th year of existence.

Gause Baptist Church sets dates for VBS
Schools are out and summer vacations are in. Renee’ and Jerry Vinton, Seth, Calla and Isaac spent last week vacationing in Florida. The “regular group” of families are spending this week at Garner State Park. This is a tradition with these folks and over the years new families have joined the group.
