HOUSTON—Funeral services

for Jessie Franklin “Frank” Dessens, 84, were held Saturday, June 5, 2010, at Brookside Funeral Home in Houston.

Inte r ment followed in Brook side

Memorial Park.

Mr. Dessens served in the U.S. Air Force and was general chairman of United Trans

p ort at i on Unio n ( Sw i tc h man)

of Southern Pacific Railroad, retiring after many years of service.

Survivors are his children, Lynn and Kenneth Skinner, Darrell and Jeanie Dessens,

Terr y an d Bru ce Mon tgomery,

Belinda Martin; brothers, Bill

and Norma Dessens, Wayne De s sens; also, 1 1 g r andchi ldren , five great-grandchilden and

numerous nieces and nephews.
