Miller-Starnes aided stranded travelers

Cheers to Miller-Starnes Chevrolet Buick dealership.

My wife and I were going to LaGrange July 23 when we experienced a broken universal joint on our car.

We drove to Miller-Starnes in Rockdale with a lot of vibration. We arrived there around 4 p.m. and their service department promptly looked at our car and determined that it did have a loose universal joint.

They did not have the part for our Toyota, but found one at a local parts store. By the time it arrived at the dealership, it was close to 5 p.m..

They close at 5:30 but the service representative said that they would not leave us stranded and would stay until they got the car fixed.

At 6:30 our car was finished. The bill was presented to me and I told them that it would have been worth three times that amount.

My thanks again for this wonderful service.
