ROCKDALE

Breakfast (all campuses)

Cereal, toast, breakfast bar, jelly and milk offered daily.

Monday—Breakfast pizza bagel, apricot halves.

Tuesday—Sausage and egg muffin. Wednesday—Pancakes, syrup. Thursday—Bagel, cream cheese. Friday—Egg, ham and cheese burrito.

Elementary and Intermediate Lunch

Milk and salad bar offered daily.

Monday—Beef teriyaki dippers, Asian chicken wrap, ham and cheese sandwich, peas and carrots.

Tuesday—Chicken Szechwan with rice, beef lasagna, bean and cheese burrito, chef salad, crackers.

Wednesday—Spaghetti with marinara, pepperoni pizza, turkey melt, corn dog, carrots.

Thursday— Chicken burrito, grilled cheese sandwich, chicken patty sandwich, beet taco salad, broccoli.

Friday—Cheese pizza, barbecue beef sandwich, chicken nuggets, ham and cheese sandwich, Tater Tots.

Junior High Lunch

Milk, finishing bar and salad bar offered daily.

Monday—Macaroni and cheese, carrots, chicken quesadilla, cheeseburger, seasoned potato wedges, cheese pizza, ham and cheese wrap, chef salad, crackers.

Tuesday—Popcorn chicken, mixed vegetables, sausage pizza, sweet and sour chicken, white rice, fortune cookie, tuna salad sandwich, chicken caesar salad, crackers.

Wednesday—Chicken patty sandwich, seasoned potato wedges, Sonora pizza, Italian vegetables, chicken teriyaki with pineapple, white rice, fortune cookie, turkey sandwich, chicken fajita salad.

Thursday—Chicken alfredo, broccoli, bean and cheese burrito, cheeseburger, seasoned potato wedges, Hawaiian pizza, ham and cheese sandwich, southwest chicken salad.

Friday—Chicken taco, barbecue pork sandwich, corn, orange chicken, white rice, fortune cookie, ham-turkey-cheese wrap, Hawaiian chicken salad, crackers.

High School Lunch

Rice and beans, hamburger, cheeseburger, chicken patty sandwich, seasoned potato wedges, pepperoni pizza, fortune cookie, delicatessen, tortilla chips, crackers, finishing bar, salad bar and milk offered daily.

Monday—Macaroni and cheese, peas and carrots, chicken quesadilla, barbecue rib patty sandwich, cheese pizza, Korean chicken and noodles, chef salad.

Tuesday—Barbecue chicken, dinner roll, mixed vegetables, popcorn chicken, sausage pizza, sweet and sour chicken, white rice, chicken Caesar salad.

Wednesday—Turkey tetrazzini, Italian vegetables, ham and cheese wrap, Sonora pizza, chicken teriyaki with pineapple, white rice, chicken fajita salad.

Thursday—Chicken alfredo, broccoli, bean and cheese burrito, chicken Parmesan sandwich, Hawaiian pizza, Chinese chicken rice, southwest chicken salad.

Friday—Country fried steak, mashed potatoes, gravy, soft chicken taco, barbecue pork sandwich, cauliflower, orange chicken, white rice, Hawaiian chicken salad.

MILANO

Breakfast

Cereal, Texas toast, milk and juice offered daily.

Monday—Pancake and sausage on a stick. Tuesday—Ham and cheese roll. Wednesday—Biscuit and sausage gravy. Thursday—Cinnamon roll. Friday—Pancakes with syrup.

Lunch

Milk served daily. Baked potato bar offered Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Chef salad offered Tuesday and Thursday.

Monday—Barbecue riblet on deli roll, Ranch Style beans, tossed salad, mixed fruit.

Tuesday—Sausage on a stick, mashed potatoes, corn, diced pears, roll.

Wednesday—Soft beef and cheese taco, pinto beans, Spanish rice, lettuce and tomato, salsa, pineapple chunks.

Thursday—Chicken nuggets, scalloped potatoes, green salad, breadstick, sliced strawberries.

Friday—Cheeseburger, lettuce, tomato, pickle, hash brown, oranges.

THORNDALE

Breakfast Milk and fruit juice offered daily.

Monday—Cinnamon toast, cereal, apricots.

Tuesday—Scrambled eg gs, sausage patty, toast, peaches.

Wednesday—Pancakes with syrup, sausage patty, fruit cocktail.

Thursday—Breakfast pizza, cereal, Mandarin oranges.

Friday—Pancake on a stick, cereal, apricots.

Lunch

Milk served daily.

Monday—Pizza kit, corn dogs, broccoli with cheese, salad, juice bars.

Tuesday— Chicken nug gets, steak fingers, mashed potatoes, green beans, biscuit, apricots.

Wednesday—Frito pie, pinto beans, salad, cornbread, fruit cocktail.

Thursday—Egg rolls, sub plate, yogurt plate, rice, broccoli, Mandarin oranges, Jell-O.

Friday—Bulldog burger, spicy chicken burger, French fries, lettuce, tomato, pickles, apple crisp.

GAUSE

Breakfast

Cereal, toast, jelly, juice and milk offered daily.

Monday—Waffles, syrup, little smokies. Tuesday—Pineapple breakfast bread. Wednesday—Pig in a blanket, applesauce. Thursday—Biscuit and sausage, gravy. Friday—Burrito, salsa.

Lunch

Meal-to-go and milk served daily. Baked potato meal offered for third to eighth grade daily. Chef salad offered for sixth to eighth grade on Wednesdays; adults daily.

Monday—Cowboy soup, grilled cheese, apple crisp.

Tuesday—Tortilla wrap, pickle, chips, carrot sticks, ranch, orange half.

Wednesday—Beef tamale pie, pinto beans, salad, ranch, fruit.

Thursday—Spaghetti, green beans, garlic toast, pineapple chunks.

Friday—Chili-cheese dogs, fries, apple half.
