PRAYER FROM THE SADDLE—Pastor Terry Williams (right foreground) of Common Ground Cowboy Church, Bremond, leads an in-the-saddle opening prayer near Minerva prior to a Saturday trail ride to commemorate first services at Milam County Cowboy Church’s new building on US 77 north of Rockdale. About two dozen riders from the Milam County and Bremond Cowboy Churches, including a covered wagon, trekked approximately eight miles from Dr. Valerie Bobbitt’s veterinary clinic to the new church.
