ROCKDALE

Breakfast (all campuses)

Cereal, toast, breakfast bar, jelly and milk offered daily.

Monday—But termilk biscuit, gravy.

Tuesday—Breakfast pizza bagel.

Wednesday—Sausage and egg muffin.

Thursday—Pancakes, syrup. Friday—Bagel, cream cheese. Elementary and Intermediate

Lunch

Salad bar and milk offered daily.

Monday—Country fried steak, mashed potatoes, gravy, cheese pizza, chicken fajitas, chicken patty sandwich, Italian vegetables.

Tuesday—Beef teriyaki dippers, Asian chicken wrap, ham and cheese sandwich, peas and carrots.

Wednesday—Chicken Szechuan with rice, beef lasagna, bean and cheese burrito, chef salad, dinner roll, baked beans.

Thursday—Spaghetti with marinara, pepperoni pizza, turkey melt, corn dog, carrots.

Friday—Chicken burrito, grilled cheese sandwich, chicken patty sandwich, beefy macaroni, broccoli.

Junior High Lunch

Rice and beans, pepperoni pizza, tortilla chips, crackers, finishing bar, salad bar and milk offered daily.

Monday—Sliced turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, chicken tostada, corn dog, seasoned potato wedges, meat lover’s pizza, cauliflower, turkey wrap, Hawaiian chicken salad.

Tuesday—Macaroni and cheese, carrots, chicken quesadilla, cheeseburger, seasoned potato wedges, cheese pizza, ham and cheese wrap, chef salad.

Wednesday—Popcorn chicken, baked beans, sausage pizza, sweet and sour chicken, white rice, tuna salad sandwich, chicken Caesar salad.

Thursday—Chicken patty sandwich, seasoned potato wedges, Sonora pizza, Italian vegetables, chicken teriyaki with pineapple, white rice, turkey sandwich, chicken fajita salad.

Friday—Chicken Alfredo, dinner roll, broccoli, bean and cheese burrito, cheeseburger, seasoned potato wedges, Hawaiian pizza, ham and cheese sandwich, Southwest chicken salad.

High School Lunch

Rice and beans, hamburger, cheeseburger, chicken patty sandwich, seasoned potato wedges, pepperoni pizza, fortune cookie, delicatessen, tortilla chips, crackers, finishing bar, salad bar and milk offered daily.

Monday—Sliced turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, chicken tostada, corn dog, meat lovers’s pizza, cauliflower, white rice, Hawaiian chicken salad.

Tuesday—Macaroni and cheese, peas and carrots, chicken quesadilla, barbecue rib sandwich, cheese pizza, Korean chicken and noodles, chef salad.

Wednesday—Chicken noddles, mixed vegetables, popcorn chicken, sausage pizza, sweet and sour chicken, white rice, fortune cookie, chicken Caesar salad.

Thursday—Turkey tetrazzini, Italian vegetables, chicken enchiladas, ham and cheese wrap, Sonora pizza, chicken teriyaki with pineapple, white rice, fortune cookie, chicken fajita salad.

Friday—Chicken Alfredo, broccoli, bean and cheese burrito, chicken Parmesan sandwich, Hawaiian pizza, Chinese chicken and rice, Southwest chicken salad.

THORNDALE

Breakfast Milk and fruit juice offered daily. Monday—Cinnamon toast, cereal, apricots.

Tuesday—Scrambled eggs, sausage patty, toast, peaches.

Wednesday— Pancakes with syrup, sausage patty, fruit cocktail.

Thursday—Breakfast pizza, cereal, Mandarin oranges.

Friday— Pancake on a stick, cereal, apricots.

Lunch

Milk served daily.

Monday—Pizza, corn dogs, broccoli with cheese, salad, juice bars.

Tuesday—Chicken nuggets, steak fingers, mashed potatoes, peas and carrots, biscuit, apricots.

Wednesday—Frito pie, pinto beans, salad, cornbread, fruit cocktail.

Thursday—Egg rolls, chicken and broccoli with teriyaki sauce, rice, peaches.

Friday—Bulldog burger, spicy chicken burger, French fries, lettuce, tomato, pickles, apple crisp.

MILANO

Breakfast

Cereal, toast, milk and juice offered daily.

Monday—Donuts.

Tuesday—Banana muffin.

Wednesday—Egg and cheese wrap.

Thursday—Ham and cheese roll.

Friday—Biscuit and sausage with gravy.

Lunch

Milk served daily. Baked potato bar offered Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Chef salad offered Tuesday and Thursday.

Monday—Sausage on a stick, macaroni and cheese, green salad, breadstick, pineapple chunks.

Tuesday—Chicken on a bun, corn nuggets, baby carrots with ranch, grapes.

Wednesday—Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, green beans, fruit cocktail, rolls, gravy.

Thursday—Beef ravioli, corn, garden salad, garlic bread, oranges.

Friday—Cheeseburger, lett tomato, pickle, baked chips, apples.

GAUSE

Breakfast

Meal-to-go and milk served daily. Baked potato meal offered for third to eighth grade daily. Chef salad offered for fourth to eighth-grade on Wednesdays.

Monday—Corn dogs, Tater Tots, baked beans.

Tuesday— Chicken nug gets, green beans, macaroni and cheese, fruit.

Wednesday—Fiesta dinner, nacho chips, salad, ranch, fruit.

Thursday—Sloppy joes, chips, pickle spears, fruit, cookies.

Friday—Student holiday.
