Flu shot clinic set Oct. 12 at community center

Flu shots will be given from

2-4 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 12

at the Gause Community

Center. They will be given free to

those on Medicare and cost $20

for everyone else (cheaper than

my deductible and I don’t have

to leave town).

Gause Junior High student

council sponsored the annual

Sadie Hawkins dance Friday

night at the school gym. It was

well attended and reports were

they had a good time and one of

the adult sponsors made the comment

that the sixth grade class

has lots of dancers.

Gause Baptist Church community

wide music festival and

Family Life Center note burning was well attended by people from Gause and surrounding towns on Saturday evening. There was good music and thanks to those who took their time to come and perform, good food and fellowship. The new f looring in the Family Life Center really does look great. Sunday morning worship services were held there so everyone could see what a great job has been done.

Gause Junior High football team won their game against Holland on Thursday. They will play Anderson in Cameron at 5 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 7 Check with the school for location of the field they will be playing on.

On Monday, Oct. 11 the junior high volleyball team will play in Milano starting at 5 p.m.

Sunday visitors with Lois Wilkins were Brenda and Jerry A lbright and Janet A lbright.

Janet is a resident at the nursing

facility in Franklin.
