Graham earns second A&M alumni award

COL L EGE STAT ION–Former Milam County resident Dr. Charles W. Graham received his second Outstanding Alumni Award for the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences at ceremonies on Oct. 28 . I n May 1992, Graham received the Distinguished Alumni Award from the College of Veterinary Medicine. It is a rare occurrence for any alumni to receive this recognition from two different departments of a university.

Graham Graham Dr. Graham attributes much of his legendary success in the veter inar y, equine and livestock marketing industries to his beloved alumni, Texas A&M University.

In fact, two of his college professors, Dr. Nat Kieffer and Dr. Harold Franke were in attendance at his awards presentation. These were just two of the individuals that imprinted his college life in a positive way.

Graham, who grew up in Milam County, and his wife Nancy reside in Elgin. They have two children and three grandchildren.
