FRIGHT NIGHT—There may have been bigger Halloween parties in Central Texas last week but nobody had more fun that the ghosts, witches, and an Elvis or two who attended the bash put on by the Milam Association for Retarded Citizens last week. The party, held in the Patterson Civic Center, featured a disc jockey and lots of food and activities. Guests from out-of-town facilities also attended.
