PETRIFIED—Milam County’s Little River Basin Master Gardeners received two pieces of petrified wood Nov. 10 from Luminant’s Thermo Mine near Sulphur Springs. The 300-pound and 500-pound pieces were placed in the Triangle Demonstration Garden’s wildscape area in Cameron.
