Two draw sentences

CAMERON—Two persons were sentenced last week in 20th District Court, according to Prosecutor Kerry Spears.

She listed case dispositions as follows:

• Charles Henry Ellison III, 30, Cameron, pleaded guilty to three charges of delivery of a controlled substance (less than one gram), three 18-month state jail terms, to run concurrently, plus $140 restitution.

• Ashleigh Hall Qualey, 31, Salado, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated (DWI) with passenger under age 15, twoyear state jail term probated four years, 5-day county jail term, one-year driver’s license suspension, $1,500 fine and ordered to fulfill standard conditions of DWI probation.
