Temple Symphony holiday concert set at 7:30 p.m. Friday in Cameron

CAMERON—The Temple Symphony Orchestra will bring its holiday concert landmark performance to Cameron at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 3 in the C.H. Yoe High School Performing Arts Center (PAC).

Tchaikovsky’s Nutcracker Suite, a perennial favorite, wil be performed, along with many sacred and popular musical gems.

As featured at each holiday concert, the orchestra will provide a “sing-a-long” of holiday favorites to end the evening.

The concert is free to the public. The PAC is located at the corner of 10th and Fannin streets.

In its 14th season, the Temple Symphony is made up of approximately 65 professional musicians from the greater Temple and Central Texas area. Most are educators, and all have a passion for music and their instrument.

The mission of the Temple Symphony Orchestra is to provide music of the highest artistic standard, performing a broad range of repertoire to a wide and diverse audience through live performance.
