Probation revoked in Brookshire theft
A 26-year-old Madisonville man has been sent to jail for his part in the April 28, 2009, theft of $12,000 from Rockdale Brookshire Bros.
O’Bryan David Roark pleaded “true” to violating his probation in connection with the incident and was assessed a 16- month state jail term by District Judge Ed Magre. Full Story
