Huge homes tour draws 222 Saturday

Reporter/Mike Brown Saturday’s Christmas in Olde Town Tour of Homes drew 222 persons and is believed to be the largest event of its kind ever in Rockdale.

The tour, sponsored by the Rockdale Downtown Association, featured the following locations:

Kenny and Elaine Gerren home, 227 East Bell; Sandy and Vickie Braswell home, 229 East Davilla; Bernie and Kim Finley home, 415 Green.

Joyce Dalley home, 508 Green; Dave and Mary Phillips home, 437 San Gabriel; Barkley Alford-Lee Pate home, 403 Rice; Wendie Upson home, 417 East Bell;

P. H. Perry home, 305 E. Davilla; St. Thomas Episcopal Church, Green at Davilla.
