Grand jurors indict 21 during final session of 2010

CAMERON—Twenty-one persons were indicted last Wednesday in the final Milam County Grand Jury session of 2010.

The session was moved from its usual Thursday date to Wednesday because of Christmas weekend.

Prosecutor Kerry Spears listed indictments as follows:

• Richard Edward Einstein, 22, San Antonio, possession of a controlled substance (less than one gram).

• Kenneth Paul Stephens, 48, Cameron, possession of a controlled substance (4-200 grams), enhanced.

• Fredrick James Goss, 38, Rockdale, possession of a controlled substance (4-200 grams), enhanced.

• A nd rew R ay Konen, 20, Austin, possession of a controlled substance (less than one gram).

• Heather Michelle Stangle, 22, Austin, possession of a controlled substance (less than one gram).

• Torrin Alexander Glick, 20, Austin, possession of a controlled substance (less than one gram).

• Frank Richard Schoonmaker, 24, Dallas, possession of a controlled substance (1-4 grams).

• A manda L ee Fisher, 33, Rockdale, possession of a controlled substance (less than one gram).

• Llandro Hernandez Jr., 30, Cameron, retaliation, enhanced.

• Tracy Keith Hines, 36, Florida, criminal non-support.

• Harvey Lee Burgess III, 39, Rockdale, failure to comply with sex offender registration.

• Juan A. Garza, also known as Juan Alberto Garza, 30, Rockdale, theft by check—aggregate amounts.

• Vernon Lee Diver II, 31, Rockdale, theft (under $1,500) with prior convictions, 2 counts; evading arrest with prior conviction.

• Curtis Ray Ware, 44, Thorndale, prohibited substance in a correctional facility.

• Ronald Christopher Hattenbach, 38, Harker Heights, burglary of a habitation; burglary of a building, enhanced, two counts.

• Russell A lan Kelley, 35 , Rockdale, DWI, third or more offense.

• Darrell Dewayne Shropshire, 37, Rockdale, possession of a controlled substance (less than one gram).

• Zachary Shesler, 25, Cameron, theft ($1,500 to $20,000); theft ($20,000 to $100,000).

• Brandon Charles Cotton, 18, Rockdale, engaging in organized criminal activity.

• Jordan Deary, 18, Rockdale, engaging in organized criminal activity.

• Chad Joseph Browne, 31, Rockdale, aggravated sexual assault of a child (re-indicted to add second count); indecency with a child by contact.

The burn ban for Milam County has been lifted. Burning is always prohibited in the county's municipalities.
