Time to get back in the routine

A new week of the new year– areyouback into your routine? Those “days off ” rea lly get confusing.

Our grand sons, Con nelly and Ca meron Coo per and Jaxo n Hayles, are back to reality afte r enjoy ing their Chr ist ma s gift of a hunting trip to Eden (nea r San Angelo). They left here on De c. 26 and ret ur ne d home on Dec . 30. They all got a deer and had a great time. Ch ris Coop er and Wayn eLeeaccompanie dthem on the trip.

Jaxon had spent the holidays from Dec. 17 to Ch ristmas Day in League City with his dad, gra ndpa rents and ot her relative s.

Kim Lee, Kr istia n an d Kendal l retur ne d home Su nday af ter spending some of their holidays in Mobile, Alabama with relatives and at tending the weddi ng of a cousi n. Th ey ex pe r ie nc ed th e heav y rains that took place in that area on Friday even ing. Gause Junior Hi gh boy s and girls basket ba ll teams will pla y in Dew on Monday, Jan. 10. The te ams will then host St. Joseph’s on Thursday, Jan. 13 with the first game to star t at 4: 30 p. m.

Rev. Jimmy and Karen Sanders, Matthew Sanders, Melanie Rasco, Hayden and Gracie, joined Bryan and Megan Tribble and Kadenc e of Austin, for Christmas in Taos, New Mexic o for a skiing tr ip.
