Eagles tune up on Class 3A Giddings Tuesday night
MILANO—The Milano Lady Eagles opened up District 27A action over the week and snapped a three game losing streak as well.
Milano’s varsity had 37 total steals in its 62-27 win over Granger on Tuesday night at Geneva Paceley Gym. The Lady Eagles (7-13, 2-0) were up 29-13 at the half and never looked back. Full Story
Brooks third in hurdles at Texas A&M Open
COLLEGE STATION— Getting a large jump on the track season, which doesn’t officially begin until the first of March, Daniel Brooks took advantage of a college meet to get off to a blazing start.
The Rockdale junior was third in the 60-meter hurdles Saturday at the Texas A& M Open at the Gilliam Indoor Track Stadium, running against all classifications. Full Story
