THEY KAY IS BACK!

THE KAY IS BACK!— One impromptu result of cold weather early Saturday was the return of an actual performance inside the Kay Theatre for the first time in about a half century. The Communities in Concert Band, which had been scheduled to perform outside, was moved into the venue and played for about an hour. The Kay, which was open from the 40s to the early 60s, is being restored as a cultural and activities center. Face painting at the Kay was cancelled due to the weather.
