SHERIFF’S REPORT

Sheriff asks for Association support

Sheriff David Greene has announced Milam County residents are being invited to become associate members of the Sheriff’s Association of Texas.

“Invitations will go out over the next several weeks,” he said. “Associate member funding allows the Association to provide critical training, resources and legislative support on key criminal justice issues to law enforcement officers across the state.”

Greene said the Association does not make telephone solicitations.

Anyone not receiving a membership appeal, or desiring more information, can contact the Association at 1601 South IH 35, Austin, TX, 787841 or go to www.txsheriffs.org.
