Kiesling

TAYLOR—Celebration of life services for Wallie Mae Kiesling, 88, of Taylor were held Monday, March 21, 2011, at Providence Funeral Home with Pastor Gary Veit officiating. Burial followed at Taylor City Cemetery.

Mrs. Kiesling died Thursday, March 17.

She was born Sept. 1, 1922, to Tenner and Annie (Doss) Stork.

Mrs. Kiesling was baptized and confirmed at Peace Lutheran Church in Rockdale.

She was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church and belonged to the VFW Post 4467.

Mrs. Kiesling was a homemaker and worked for Taylor Public School for 10 years at Northside cafeteria.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Alvin Stork; her second husband, Gilbert Kiesling; a son, Larry Stork; a daughter, Frances Kiesling; and a granddaughter, Sharon Sue Stork.

Survivors are a daughter, Bonnie and husband Raul Tamez; three granddaughters, Rufina Polasek, Julie Polasek and Cynthia Gallagher and husband Devon; a grandson, Herman Stork and wife Nina; two great grandchildren, Brandon and Taylor Stork; two daughters-inlaw, Hermania Vitek, Lou Ann Maddox and husband Richard; a sister, Levohn Kiesling; and a brother, Tenner Stork and wife Pat.

Pallbearers were David Kiesling, Ken K iesling, Her ma n Stork, Brandon Stork, Tenner Stork, and Aaron Stork.

Memorial may be made to St. Paul Lutheran Church School & Child Development Center.
