‘THROWIN’ THE THRONE’



The City of Rockdale’s annual spring Stash Your Trash Day at Fair Park was flushed with success Saturday as local residents throwing away everything including some well broken-in plumbing accessories. City employee Josh Smith (center) perfected the porcelain toss as David Allen (L) and Billy Tindle helped out. City Manager Kelvin Knauf said eleven 30-yard rolloff containers were filled with trash during the day and an additional 30 cubic yards of brush went through the city’s chipper.
