Dymke

Services for Charlotte Ann Dymke, 69, of Willis were held Sunday, May 1, 2011, at Phillips & Luckey Funeral Home in Rockdale with Donnie Laurence and Ernie Wayne Laurence officiating. Burial was in I.O.O.F Cemetery in Rockdale.

Mrs. Dymke died Wednesday, April 27, in Hermann Hospital at The Woodlands.

She was born Aug. 17, 1941, in Houston to Ernie and Lillian (Leonard) Laurence.

She married Vernon E. Dymke on May 27, 2000, in Rockdale.

Mrs. Dymke was a public school teacher and taught some college courses.

She previously lived in the state of Washington from 2000 to 2007.

She enjoyed traveling, getting together with family and her dog Missy.

Mrs. Dymke was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors are her husband, Vernon Dymke of Willis; a son, David Wooldridge II and wife Karen of Humble; four daughters, Whitney Pounders and husband Clyde of Rockdale, Tiffany Kozikoski and husband Michael of Piedmont, Oklahoma, Julie Dorsey of Conroe, Mary Ashley Harris of Roanoke; and three brothers, Ronnie Laurence and wife Sharon of Arlington, Donnie Laurence and wife Lynne of Kerrville, Ernie Wayne Laurence and wife Georgette of Hutto; also, 15 grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Mike Kozikoski, Byron Booker, Dave McCumber, Tyler Pounders, Tate Pounders and David Wooldridge III.

Honorary pallbearers were Joshua Har r is, Will Pounders, Wyatt Pounders, Camden Kozikoski, Jaden Kozikoski and Colt Pounders.
