A grand opening ribbon-cutting ceremony was held last Wednesday at downtown Rockdale’s newest business, the Nic-Nac Shack, on the corner of West Cameron (US 79) and Main (FM 908), the former Shrimp’s Restaurant location. From left Denice Doss (Chamber of Commerce president), Miss Rockdale Fair Queen Kathryn Dodd and business owners Virginia Manning and Tammy Landry.
