Sanders scoops up fifth in long jump
Garza clears 12-6 in pole vault at state meet
AUSTIN—A pair of Milano Eagles tried to keep their regional meet success going and attempted to rewrite the school history books at the Class A state track meet Friday at Mike Myers Stadium.
Thomas Sanders placed fifth in the long jump by soaring 21-5.5 on his second leap of the day.
He had qualified for the state meet after a career-best 21-8.75 at the regiona meet. Full Story
