$8-million, 80-unit apartment complex still ‘Rockdale bound’

Developers who announced in February they were planning on placing an $8-million, 80-unit senior citizen apartment complex in northeast Rockdale have been granted federal tax credits.

Gause Community Improvement Program (CIP) met on Aug. 1 at the community center for their monthly meeting. The main topic of discussion was to finalize plans for the annual CIP Founders Day fund-raiser, which will be held on Saturday, Sept. 3 at the Gause community picnic tables.
