ROCKDALE

Breakfast (all campuses)

Cereal, toast, breakfast bar, jelly and milk offered daily.

Monday—French toast sticks, syrup.

Tuesday—Biscuits and gravy, turkey sausage patty.

Wednesday—Eggs Italiano.

Thursday—Scrambled egg.

Friday— Egg and sausage burrito, salsa.

Elementary and Intermediate Lunch

Salad bar and milk offered daily.

Monday— Chicken nuggets, beefy macaroni, tuna salad mix, saltine crackers, baby carrots.

Tuesday—Turkey hot dog, chicken and rice burrito, ham sandwich, Italian vegetables.

Wednesday—Cheeseburger, rotini with marinara, dinner roll, sun butter sandwich, broccoli, applesauce.

Thursday— Cheese pizza, tuna and noodles with vegetables, ham and cheese wrap, mixed vegetables.

Friday—Beef taco, spaghetti with meat sauce, dinner roll, turkey and cheese sandwich, green peas, raspberry Jell-O.

Junior High Lunch

Rice and beans bar, pepperoni pizza, finishing bar, salad bar and milk offered daily.

Monday—Rotini with meat sauce, baby carrots, beef taco, turkey corn dog, sausage pizza, tuna salad sandwich, tortilla chips.

Tuesday— Beef and broccoli, white rice, beef fajitas, barbecue chicken sandwich, Tater Tots, California vegetables, chef salad, saltine crackers.

Wednesday—Tuna and noodles, corn, beef and bean burrito, grilled cheese sandwich, meat lover’s pizza, ham and turkey sandwich, tortilla chips.

Thursday— Chicken teriyaki stir fry, white rice, chicken enchilada, popcorn chicken, potato wedges, supreme pizza, California vegetables, garden salad, saltine crackers.

Friday—Meatballs and noodles, corn, bean and cheese burrito, meatball sub, cheese pizza, ham sandwich, tortilla chips.

High School Lunch

Rice and beans bar, hamburger, cheeseburger, chicken patty sandwich, pepperoni pizza, delicatessen, tortilla chips, finishing bar, salad bar and milk offered daily. Adobe grill bar and Tater Tots offered Tuesday and Thursday. Potato wedges offered Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Monday— Rotini with meat sauce, dinner roll, baby carrots, beef taco, turkey corn dog, sausage pizza, applesauce.

Tuesday— Beef and broccoli over noodles, California vegetables, barbecue chicken sandwich.

Wednesday— Oven roasted chicken, corn, beef and bean burrito, grilled ham sandwich, meat lover’s pizza, strawberry Jell-O.

Thursday—Teriyaki stir fry vegetables, white rice, popcorn chicken, supreme pizza, mixed vegetables.

Friday—Meatballs and noodles, dinner roll, baby carrots, bean and cheese burrito, meatball sub, cheese pizza, applesauce.

THORNDALE

Breakfast

Monday— Cinnamon toast, cereal, pears, fruit juice, milk.

Tuesday— Sausage biscuit, cereal, peaches, fruit juice, milk.

Wednesday— Pancakes, syrup, sausage, fruit cocktail, fruit juice, milk.

Thursday— Cinnamon rolls, cereal, applesauce, fruit juice, milk.

Friday—Sausage roll, cereal, grapes, fruit juice, milk.

Lunch

Monday— Pizza, baked potato, diced ham and cheese broccoli, salad, pears, milk.

Tuesday— Chicken nuggets, steak fingers, mashed potatoes, green beans, roll, gravy, peaches, milk.

Wednesday— Frito pie, pinto beans, salad, corn, fruit cocktail, milk.

Thursday— Beef macaroni, mixed vegetables, salad, cornbread, applesauce, milk.

Friday—Cheeseburger, chicken burger, spicy chicken, French fries, lettuce, tomato, pickles, fruit cup, milk.

MILANO

Breakfast

Cereal, Texas toast, juice and milk offered daily.

Monday—Sausage kolache.

Tuesday—Pancakes, sausage patty.

Wednesday—Breakfast pizza.

Thursday— Cinnamon toast, sausage patty.

Friday— Biscuit and gravy, sausage patty.

Lunch

Fruit and milk served daily. Chef salad available daily at the elementary and Monday, Wednesday and Friday at the junior high and high school Chicken wrap available Tuesday and Thursday at the junior high and high school.

Monday—Spaghetti with meat sauce, green beans, baby carrots, garlic bread.

Tuesday—Chicken on a bun, scalloped potatoes.

Wednesday—Bean and cheese burrito with chilli and cheese, ranch beans, green salad.

Thursday—Mini corn dogs, macaroni and cheese, broccoli, tossed greens.

Friday—Cheeseburger, baked chips.

GAUSE

Breakfast

Cereal, toast, jelly, juice and milk offered daily.

Monday—Pig-in-a-blanket.

Tuesday—Breakfast pizza.

Wednesday—Pancake-on-a-stick.

Thursday—Oatmeal.

Friday—Scrambled eggs.

Lunch

Meal- to- go and milk served daily. Baked potato meal offered for third to eighth grade Monday through Thursday. Chef salad offered for sixth to eighth-grade on Wednesdays and to adults daily.

Monday—Cowboy soup, grilled cheese sandwich, apple half.

Tuesday—Barbecue sausage, macaroni and cheese, green beans, bread, fruit.

Wednesday—Spaghetti, salad, ranch, garlic toast, pineapple.

Thursday—Corn dog, pork and beans, carrot sticks, ranch, fruit.

Friday— Cheeseburger, fries, salad, fruit.
