Monday— Chef salad, low calorie ranch dressing, whole wheat bread, fruit, apricot crisp, milk.

Tuesday— Low sodium pork in Northern beans, okra and tomatoes, Mexican corn, whole wheat bread, applesauce cake, milk.

Wednesday— Beef pepper steak, potato wedges, turnip greens, dinner roll, fruit gelatin salad, milk.

Thursday— Beef potato casserole, hominy, wheat bread, pear crisp, tossed salad, diet dressing, milk.

Friday— Chicken a la king, fluffy rice, egg roll, reduced- calorie pudding, banana, milk.
