The worst Texas drought since the 1950s continues to play havoc on crops in the Lone Star State but also is boosting cotton futures, according to economists.
In a Bloomberg report, analysts said that cotton futures in New York may rise as much as 15 percent by the end of December to $1.20 a pound. Full Story
