‘Exodus’ never outdated at Tiger football game

Dear editor,

End of a Tradition? No “Exodus” at the end of an RHS football game?

Win or lose, The Rockdale Tigers knew they were loved and appreciated just by the simple playing of “Exodus” at the end of a football game.

It was a symbol of pride and unity for our school, students and town.

If we won the game, it let the other school know it was time to go home. If we lost, it told them we would be back.

Tradition? Yes. Outdated? Never!
