Mrs. Moultrie- Davis died Sept. 2.

She was born October 20, 1922, to Sam and Lula Bel l McD on ald Moultrie in Rockdale.

The fa mily moved to Cor pus Christ i wher e sh e furthered her educ ation at Delm ar Junior College.

Mrs. Moultr ie-Davis was a member of Ca lvar y First Baptist Chu rc h wh ere she se r ved as an usher and on the mission boards.

She was a business wom an for many years.

Mrs. Mou ltrie- Davis was pre - ceded in death by her first hu s- ba nd, Theodore Be ss; her second husband, John Henry Davis; two si sters, Jessie Mae Moul tr ie and Sammie V. Price, both of Houston; a brother, Alb er t Mou ltrie; and a daughter, Ma rtha Rae Morris on, who was found along wit h her.

Surv ivors are two sisters, Shirl eyCraw for dofHou ston and John nie Jones of Californ ia, as well as many niec es, nephews and great- nephews.
