Then Grant sent in his SUVs



A little (well, a lot) of 2011 crept into 1865 Saturday as two groups of Civil War reenactors staged a skirmish at Apache Pass, part of the first Central Texas Hunting & Outdoor Expo. This Union soldier found himself surrounded not by horses but by horsepower. It was part of a two- day event which drew hundreds to Rockdale. More photos, results, pages 1A, 1B.
