NEIGHBORLY—When your neighbors need help, you help them. That was the philosophy of Rockdale High School students recently, donating $569 to aid long-time district neighbor Smithville, a Bastrop County town which has been close to recent wildfires. The effort was spearheaded by the RHS’s iTigers after-school program headed up by Denice Doss. The check was presented during Friday’s Rockdale- Smithville game.
