15 indicted from drug raid

Latest arrest made Saturday in Milam undercover sting

Fifteen persons named in arrest warrants on suspected drug-dealing in massive sweeps in Rockdale and Cameron in October were indicted Thursday by a Milam County grand jury.

Twelve of those indicted Thursday have already been arrested, the most recent on Saturday when 21-year-old Damion Damon Taylor of Cameron was charged with delivery of a controlled substance in a drug-free zone.

He was released after posting $10,000 bond.

Since the first raid was conducted in Rockdale on Oct. 15, a total of 25 persons have been arrested.

The drug sting involved more than 40 undercover buys in an investigation conducted by Deputy Sheriff Mike Clore.

One of the raids was at a house on Charles Street, just over 500 feet from Rockdale High School.

In addition to Taylor, those indicted on drug sting charges were:

• Jasper Canady England, 40, Cameron, delivery of a controlled substance (less than one gram), three counts.

• Patrionia Marie Sanders-Clemmons, 18, Cameron, delivery of a controlled substance (less than one gram) in a drug-free zone, two counts.

• Tyrone Aramond Jackson, 33, Cameron delivery of a controlled substance (less than one gram) in a drug-free zone.

• Kenneth Eugene Drone, 51, Cameron, delivery of a controlled substance (less than one gram).

• Shaddarwin Blaylock, 22, Cameron delivery of a controlled substance (less than one gram), delivery of a controlled substance (less than one gram) in a drug-free zone, two counts.

• David Lee Gunnels, 29, Milano, delivery of marijuana (one-fourth ounce to five pounds) in a drug-free zone.

• Jerry Glen Myers, 25, Rockdale, delivery of marijuana (one-fourth ounce to five pounds) in a drug-free zone.

• Michael Borgas, 37, Cameron, delivery of a controlled substance (less than one gram).

• Kenneth Ray Johnson, 36, Rockdale, theft of copper, delivery of a controlled substance (less than one gram), delivery of a controlled substance (1-4 grams), delivery of a controlled substance (4-200 grams), two counts.

• Billy Wayne Johnson, 26, Cameron, delivery of a controlled substance (less than one gram).

• Viencient Lewis Cooks, 40, Round Rock, delivery of a controlled substance (less than one gram).

• Beverly Ann Edwards, 47, Cameron, delivery of a controlled substance (less than one gram).

• Ivery Joe Williams, 61, Cameron, delivery of a controlled substance (less than one gram), three counts.

• Fernando Rangel, 30, Cameron, delivery of a controlled substance (less than one gram).

NO BILL—The grand jury nobilled (failed to indict) Amanda Michelle Campos, 24, of Rogers on a charge of possession of a controlled substance (less than one gram).

INDICTMENTS—Prosecutor Kerry Spears listed other indictments as follows:

• Joshua Tomek, 25, Cameron, aggravated sexual assault of a child.

• Cody Lee Horelica, 27, Cameron, aggravated sexual assault of a child.

• Raul Avila, also known as Rudy Avila, 30, Rockdale, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

• David Perez, 48, Cameron, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, enhanced to felony.

• Samuel Martin Wesson, 27, Lexington, theft ($20,000 to $100,000), two counts; possession of a controlled substance (less than one gram).

• Elizabeth Danielle Freitag, 19, Rockdale, possession of a controlled substance (less than one gram).

• Susan Elizabeth Beresko, 19, Louisiana, possession of a controlled substance (less than one gram), Nocturnal Fest case.

• Jason Richard Zamora, 28, Austin, possession of a controlled substance (4-200 grams), with intent to deliver, Nocturnal Fest case.

• Alexandra Marie Zimmerman, 23, San Marcos, prohibited substance in a correctional facility, Nocturnal Fest case.

• April Suzanne Blakely, 37, Rockdale, criminal mischief ($1,500 to $20,000).

• Justin Scott Grahmann, 24, Rockdale, failure to register as a sex offender.

• Christopher Chad Bonnet, 18, Rockdale, possession of a controlled substance (less than one gram).

• Mark Francis Rogers, 28, Houston, possession of a controlled substance (less than one gram), Nocturnal Fest case.

• Brian Douglas Podhajsky, 22, New York, possession of a controlled substance (less than one gram), Nocturnal Fest case.

• Cheyenne A. Keeler, 21, San Antonio, possession of a controlled substance (less than one gram), Nocturnal Fest case.

• Ryndol Lee Brown, 48, Rogers, forgery against elderly.

• Joey Lee Brooks, 41, Rosebud, possession of a controlled substance (less than one gram).

• Juan Torroes Llanas, 43, Cameron, possession of a controlled substance (less than one gram).

• Ur sula Dawn S chlemmer, 45, Rockdale, theft ($1,500 to $20,000).

• Elliot J. Floyd Jr., 40, Gonzales, cattle theft.

• Ann McHugh Colley, 45, Salado, DWI with passenger under 15.

• Jessica Louise Arbuckle, 31, Wichita Falls, bail jumping/failure to appear.
