Alexander Alexander SAN ANTONIO—Services for Robert W. Alexander, 93, were held Saturday, Nov. 19, 2011, at Sunset Funeral Home in San Antonio. A graveside serv ice was held Sunday, Nov. 20, at Sunset Memorial Park in San Antonio.

Mr. Alexander died Nov. 15, in San Antonio.

He was born March 4, 1918, in Bartlett to John W. Alexander and Nola Willie Chamberlain.

Mr. Alexander was a veteran of World War II and was a civil servant for over 30 years, mostly at Camp Bullis and Camp Stanley.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife of 60 years, Velma Smith Alexander; and eight siblings and their spouses.

Survivors are a daughter, Shirley A. Vaello and her husband James; two grandchildren, Lisa M. Keller and James R. Vaello; and a great-granddaughter, Mollie C. Keller; also, several nieces and nephews.
