Brown Santa in final stretch

Brown Santa, the annual toys and books drive sponsored by the Milam County Sheriff’s Department, is in the home stretch.

Those who have signed up for the program can pick up toys and goods at the sheriff’s department in Cameron from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 17, according to Wynema Adams, executive administrative assistant.

Delivery date is Monday, Dec. 19.

Donations may still be made at The Reporter, the Rockdale Police Department, Walmart, area schools and several other locations throughout the county.
