No. 14 Eagles run winning streak to eight straight
MILANO—The No. 14 Eagles basketball team took down two more opponents over the week, stretching their current winning streak to eight.
The Eagles are now 12-1 on the season.

No. 9 Lady Dogs roll over two more district hoop opponents
Cagers improve season mark to 16-1
THORNDALE—The No. 9 Lady Dogs continue their roll over district opponents, downing two more over the week in 27-2A play.
The Lady Dogs w ill take a break until the annual Thorndale Shootout on Dec. 27-28.
Thorndale (16-1, 3-0) took out Florence on Monday night 58-22 at Bulldog gym. No statistics were turned in for this game. Full Story
Lady Eagles drop a pair
Milano’s Lady Eagles (4- 7) faced some tough competition over the last seven days, falling to both Normangee and Iola on the road.
The team now takes a break during the Christmas holidays, not playing again until the Brazos Christian tournament on Dec. 29-30. Full Story
