ROCKDALE RECYCLES—At-the-curb recycling may not yet be available in Rockdale, even with Monday’s garbage pickup changes, but that doesn’t mean there are no recycling opportunities. Above. There’s also a paper recycling station in the Rockdale High School east parking lot, off Murray Avenue. And the city is planning to establish a dropoff recycling center for public use.
