Two percent milk served daily.
Monday—Beef steak fingers, creamed gravy, black-eyed peas, seasoned greens, whole wheat bread, pineapple tidbits.
Tuesday— Chicken fried rice, oriental vegetables, orange wedges, reduced-calorie lemon cake.
Wednesday—Beef tips and mushrooms, macaroni and cheese, steamed broccoli, wheat bread, pudding.
Thursday—Enchilada bake, Mexican rice, peas and carrots, wheat bread, cinnamon baked apples.
Friday—Salisbury steak, potato wedges, Harvard beets, whole wheat roll, fruit cup with oranges.
