Six drug arrests made during past week

Six persons were booked into the Milam County Jail on drug charges during the past week.

Charges were listed as follows by the sheriff’s department:

• Tiffany Gladys Johnson, 23, Rockdale, possession of marijuana ( less than two ounces), released on $1,000 bond.

• Waylon DeMorris Maloy, 32, Darrouzet, possession of a controlled substance (less than one gram) in a drug-free zone, possession of marijuana ( less than two ounces) in a drug-free zone, possession of marijuana ( less than two ounces), bond forfeiture, in custody on $15,000 bond.

• Korey James Boothe, 22, Rockdale, possession of marijuana ( less than two ounces), released on $11,500.

• Melisa Lynette Day, 21, Rockdale, possession of a controlled substance (less than one gram), released on $1,500 bond.

• Jamelle Shaquil Rasberry, 20, Fort Worth, possession of marijuana (less than two ounces)/ bond forfeiture, released on $3,000 bond.

• Christina Anna Luna, 25, Rockdale, possession of marijuana/ motion to proceed/out of county; failure to identfy/capias pro fine, in custody on $1,500 bond, fined $355.

Twenty-two calls for livestock running loose were answered by the department during the week.
