Right place, right attitudes

“N othing can stop the man with the right mental attitude from achieving his goal; nothing on earth can help the man with the wrong mental attitude.”—Thomas Jefferson

We are so blessed to have had the rain and beautiful weekends to go along with it. It is hard not to have the right mental attitude with the great events the Chamber has had this year. The banquet was another example. I hope all who attended have already scheduled their trip to do their goal evaluations. I enjoyed Tom Britton’s presentation and appreciate him coming and entertaining us for the night. I took away a full stomach with delicious food and some food for thought that night and I hope you did too.

The Chamber will be closed on Friday, April 6 in observance of Good Friday. I hope you all have a great Easter holiday.

ROTARY SCRAMBLE— Rockdale Rotary Club will host its annual Mike McFalls Memorial Scholarship Golf Scramble on April 7. Please contact Homer Mowdy for more details. Be sure and get your kids out to see the lions and tigers and bears.... oh my.
