MILAM COUNTY JAIL LOG

Here is the jail log from April 3-9 from the Milam County Sheriff’s Department.

Jail logs list all persons charged with offenses through the county jail docket.

Charges may change during the process.

Persons are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law.

• Mary Teresa Alvarado, 46, Cameron, driving while intoxicated (third or more offense), driving while license invalid with previous conviction, released on $9,000 bond.

• Dominique Grayson, 20, Rockdale, housed for Intermediate Sanctioned Facility (ISF).

• Enrique Gutierrez, 51, Cameron, driving while intoxicated (second offense), released on $2,000 bond.

• Christy Luann Bruno, 31, Taylor, bond forfeiture, released.

• Leah Christine Elliff, 26, Beaumont, bond surrender, in custody on $10,000 bond.

• Denise Marie Pelzel, 30, Marlin, aggravated assault with deadly weapon, unauthorized use of motor vehicle, blue warrant, in custody on $25,000 bond.

• Rico Deshaun Shumpert, 34, Bellmead, criminal mischief ($50 to $500), in custody on $1,500 bond.

• Gary Wayne Small, 23, Bartlett, driving while license invalid, fined $364 and released.

• Adam Lee Stang, 30, Leander, possession of marijuana ( less than two ounces), released on $2,000 bond.

• John Douglas Dunn, 46, Pflugerville, possession of controlled substance ( less than 28 grams), criminal mischief (impair/interrupt public service), released on $6,000 bond.

• Troy Alexander Holman, 42, Houston, possession of controlled substance (less than 28 grams), released on $3,000 bond.

• Jerry Wayne Blackwell Jr., 43, Austin, possession of marijuana ( less than two ounces), out-of-county warrant, released on $8,000 bond.

• Michael Edward Smith, 49, Caldwell, tamper/fabricate physical evidence, possession of controlled substance (less than one gram).

• Julie Renee Turner, 19, Rockdale, possession of marijuana (less than two ounces), released on $4,000 bond.

• Christopher Chad Bonnet, 19, Rockdale, criminal mischief ($50 to $ 500), released on $ 2,000 bond.

• Jose Eduardo Sanchez, 23, Burlington, public intoxication, unsafe speed, fined $ 861 and released.

The burn ban for Milam County has been lifted. Burning is always prohibited in the county's municipalities.
