Eleven Coryell County prisoners booked in week

More than one third of the persons booked into the Milam Count y Jail dur ing the past week were inmates from Coryell County.

Eleven of the 30 bookings listed in the jail log, covering June 5-11 were from the Coryell County Sheriff’s Department.

Milam County recently entered into a contract to house Coryell County inmates.

The department also answered 14 calls to livestock on Milam Count y roadways during the reporting period.
