Twelve draw terms in 20th District Court
CAMERON—Twelve persons were sentenced during the past two weeks in 20th District Court, according to Prosecutor Kerry Spears.
She listed case dispositions as follows:
• Andrew Calvin Moore, 37, Cameron, drew a five-year prison term after a finding of “true” to violating probation conditions on an original conviction of sexual assault. Full Story

Three dead in two Cameron-area crashes
It was a deadly weekend in the Cameron area as three persons died in two separate crashes.
A Belton couple died Monday morning when their pickup collided with an 18-wheeler north of Cameron.
Friday evening a 34-year-old Cameron woman died when the car she was riding in collided with an 18-wheeler on US 190/ Texas 36. Full Story
