MILAM COUNTY JAIL LOG

Here is the jail log from July 10-16 from the Milam County Sheriff’s Department.

Logs list all persons charged through the county jail docket. Charges may change during the process.

Persons are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law.

• Tony Eugene Crawford, 22, Rockdale, housed for Intermediate Sanctioned Facility (ISF).

• Douglas Patrick King, 54, Cameron, possession of controlled substance (1 to 4 grams), in custody on $15,000 bond.

• Anacleto Scott Llanas, 45, Rockdale, served county commitment.

• Donald Curtis Page, 24, Hastings, Nebraska, theft of property ($1,500 to $20,000), in custody, no bond.

• Justin Douglas Henderson, 38, Rockdale, bench warrant, probation v iolation, original charge possession of controlled substance (less than one gram), in custody on $10,000 bond.

• Misty Dawn Amalbert, 33, Cameron, criminal trespass (habitation/ shelter center), in custody on $5,000 bond.

• Jessie James Tabor, 34, Cameron, driving while license invalid with previous conviction, in custody on $2,500 bond.

• Benny Earl Green, 35, Rockdale, evading arrest detention with previous conviction, assault causing bodily injury, parole violation, in custody on $9,000 bond.

• Edward Jay Herrera, 42, Rockdale, served district commitment.

• Dav id L ee Gu n nels, 29, Milano, non-payment of child support/Order of Attorney General (OAG), bond surrender, original charge delivery of marijuana (1/4 ounces to 5 pounds) in drug free zone, bond surrender, original charge possession of marijuana (less than two ounces) in drug free zone, in custody on $33,837.50 bond.

• Kenneth Wayne Erwin, 43, Milano, non-payment of child support/OAG, out-of-county warrant/ theft, in custody on $1,000 bond.

• James Ira Young, 47, Caldwell, abandon/endanger child criminal negligence, assault causing bodily injury, released on $7,500 bond.

• Jorel Thomas Martin, 21, Cameron, assault causing bodily injury family violence, resisting arrest/search/transport, released on $10,000 bond.

• A lesia Leena Soders, 19, Temple, possession of controlled substance (less than 28 grams), theft of property ($50 to $500), in custody on $4,000 bond.

• Henry Gomez, 25, Temple, theft of property ($50 to $500), in custody on $1,500 bond.

• Lilly Mae Thomas, 35, Cameron, terroristic threat, released on $1,500 bond.

• David Edward Brown Jr., 20, College Station, driving while license expired, fined $264 and released.

• Ryan Chad Palmer, 28, Rogers, failure to register as sex offender (10 years), released on $9,000 bond.

• Charlotte Ann Lumpkins- King, 41, Nacogdoches, non-payment of child support, in custody, no bond.

• Micheal Dav id Giles, 47, Breckenr idge, possession of controlled substance (less than one gram), released on $6,000 bond.

• Frances Aline Bolden, 48, Cameron, theft of property ($500 to $1,500), released on $2,500 bond.

• Imelda Gonzales Rangel, 47, Cameron, class C miscellaneous/ no driver’s license, fined $264 an released.

• Luis Javier Munguia, 23, Conroe, probation violation, original charge driving while intoxicated (second offense), released on $10,000 bond.

• Dejenay Beckwith, 30, Rockdale, theft by check ($20 to $50), released on $500 bond.

• Christopher Alan Smith, 42, Frisco, possession of controlled substance (less than one gram), released on $5,000 bond.

• Anthony Dewayne Maloy, 31, Rockdale, public intoxication, fined $267 and released.

• Nikki Leigh Manas, 17, Rockdale, theft of property ($50 to $500), released on $2,000 bond.

• Kimberly Diane Luttrell, 41, Rockdale, out-of-county warrant, in custody, no bond.

• Alyssa K. Gutierrez, 22, Temple, driving while intoxicated, possession/use/inhale/injest of volatile chemical, released on $3,000 bond.

• Michael Anthony Ganyo, 21, Houston, possession of marijuana (less than two ounces), released on $1,500 bond.

• Diana Marie Brown, 28, Lexington, possession of drug paraphernalia, in custody, no bond.

There were also six prisoners housed for Coryell County during the week.

The burn ban for Milam County has been lifted. Burning is always prohibited in the county's municipalities.
