Deputies check out three scam reports

The Milam County Sheriff’s Department investigated three scam reports during the past week.

Deputy Zack Burks checked out reported scams at 3:41 p.m. last Tuesday on County Road 342 and at 9:20 a.m. Friday on County Road 206A.

A scam call originating in Temple was called in to the sheriff’s office at 8:35 a.m. Monday and investigated by Deputy John Mendoza.
