Six draw terms in 20th District Court

CAMERON—Six persons were sentenced last week in 20th District Court, according to Prosecutor Kerry Spears, who listed them as follows:

• Amber Grace Ellis, 20, Troy, pleaded guilty to debit card abuse, two years deferred adjudication probation, community supervision, $1,500 restitution, with co-defendant.

• Katherine Ellis, 44, Cameron, pleaded guilty to debit card abuse, two years deferred adjudication probation, community supervision, $1,500 restitution, with co-defendant.

• Shaddarwin Blaylock, 23, Cameron, pleaded guilty to delivery of a controlled substance (less than one gram) must turn himself in by Sept. 4, 12-month state jail term, $420 restitution.

• Frederick Burrell Jr., 25, Bryan, pleaded true to violating probation revocation conditions on an original charge of engaging in organized criminal activity, two-year prison term.

• Benny Wayne Shelton, 26, Rogers, pleaded guilty to theft ($1,500 to $20,000), two-year state jail term probated four years, $1,340.81 restitution, with co-defendant.

• Patrick Shelton 20, Rogers, theft ($1,500 to $20,000), sixmonth state jail term, $1,340.81 restitution, with co-defendant.
