Milam County Jail Log

Here is the jail log from Aug. 28-Sept. 3 from the Milam County Sheriff’s Department.

Jail logs list all persons charged with offenses through the county jail docket. Charges may change during the process.

Persons are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law.

• Kenneth Joe Freeman, 47, Cameron, theft of property (less than $1,500) with two or more previous convictions, released on$7,000 bond.

• Timothy Allen Marsh, 49, Rockdale, parole violation, in custody.

• Teduss Damon Carter, 34, Taylor, non-payment of child support/ Order of Attorney General (OAG), in custody.

• Sylvia Cortez, 28, Rockdale, possession of marijuana (less than two ounces), released on $3,000 bond.

• Tammy Snyder Phillips, 35, Thorndale, possession of controlled substance (less than one gram), housed for treatment center, in custody.

• Michael Damond Williams, 39, Rockdale, theft of property ($50 to $500), released on $2,000 bond.

• Colby Alexander Martinez, 25, Rockdale, burglary of building, in custody on $25,000 bond.

• Christopher Allen North, 28, Buckholts, possession of drug paraphernalia, released on $500 bond.

• Edward Jay Herrera, 42, Rockdale, served district commitment, original charge indecency with child by sexual contact.

• Debbie Rodriguez Jimenez, 34, Cameron, t wo counts of aggravated robbery with deadly weapon, probation violation, original charge of burglary of habitation, theft of property ($50 to $500), in custody on $82,500 bond.

• Jeffrey Scott Kuenstler, 25, Conroe, bond increase/burglary of habitation, in custody on $60,000 bond.

• Tammy Ly nn Henr y, 33, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, failure to maintain financial responsibility, released on $512.20 bond.

• Cathy Dianne Lange, 60, Cameron, driving while intoxicated, theft under $50, fined $471.90, released on $2,000 bond.

• Aaron Wayne Norman, 22, Los Indios, burglary of habitation, in custody on $25,000 bond.

• Vernon King, 64, Thorndale, driving while intoxicated, released on $2,000 bond.

• Decrick Deshawn Westbrook, 18, Cameron, assault causing bodily injury family violence, speeding (40 mph in 30 mph zone), failure to maintain financial responsibility, no tail lamps when required, fined $1,056.10, released on $3,500 bond.

• Cindi Ann Parker, 22, Thorndale, assault on public servant, theft of property (less than $50), enhanced, released on $22,000 bond.

• Mark Maedgen Humble, 64, Cameron, driving while intoxicated with child under 15 years of age, released, no bond.

• Kasey Ray Cain, 20, Rockdale, assault causing bodily injury family violence, released on$2,500 bond.

• Dwight Bowyer, 43, Leander, interfering with emergency call, assault of family/house member impede breath/circulation, in custody on $10,500.

• Christopher Michael Fogle, 35, Austin, non-payment of child suppor t/OAG, in custody on $2,000 bond.

• Augustin Ramirez, 27, Cameron, possession of marijuana (2 to 4 grams), released on $2,500 bond.

• Amber Grace Ellis, 20, Cameron, housed for Intermediate Sanctioned Facility (ISF).

• Alvaro Espinosa Tello, 29, San Antonio, public intoxication, fined $264 and released.

• Marque Sherjuan Clark, 30, Austin, public intoxication, fined $264 and released.

• Adam Rangel, 25, Cameron, possession of drug paraphernalia, fined $264 and released.

• Iria Allen Banks, 52, Forest Mississippi, prohibited substance in correctional facility (alcohol/ drug/phone/tobacco), released on $15,000 bond.

• Mia Dyanna Garner, 34, Kaufman, possession of drug paraphernalia, fined $364, in custody.

• Blair Michelle Hill, 22, College Station, two counts of aggravated robbery with deadly weapon, in custody on $80,000 bond.

• Thomas Cervantes, 26, Rockdale, driving while intoxicated (blood alcohol level greater than 0.15), released on $2,500 bond.

• Jose Angel Hernandez, 29, Cameron, two counts of aggravated robbery with deadly weapon, parole violation, in custody on $80,000 bond.

• Jesse Ray Pollard, 28, Cameron, two counts of aggravated robbery with deadly weapon, in custody on $80,000 bond.

• Billy Way ne Rowan, 40, Milano, public intoxication, seat belt violation-passenger, in custody.

There were also eight prisoners housed for Coryell County during the week.

The burn ban for Milam County has been lifted. Burning is always prohibited in the county's municipalities.
