Graveside services for Catherine Pratt Woods, 86, were held Saturday, Sept. 1, 2012, in Milano Cemetery with Pastor Roy Dillard officiating.

Mrs. Woods died Wednesday, Aug. 29, in Cameron Nursing Center.

She was born Jan. 27, 1926, in Milam County to Charles Franklin and Cora (Smith) Pratt.

She married Harry Douglas Woods on Oct. 10, 1942, in Caldwell.

Mrs. Woods was a homemaker and member of Liberty Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, H.D., on March 27, 2011; her parents; four brothers, Cecil Evy Pratt, Charles David Pratt, Marvin Denson Pratt and James Woodson Pratt; a sister, Mozelle Mobley; and a great-granddaughter, Arlicia Weiler.

Survivors are three sons, Jerry Woods and wife Kitty of Sante Fe, Leon Woods and wife Judy of Milano, Edwin “AB” Woods and wife Becky of Milano; two daughters, Linda Hall and husband Jerry of Milano, Bonnie Johnson and husband Darrell of Milano; and a special daughter, Carol Brooks of Milano; also, numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and a host of friends.

Pallbearers were Shane Woods, Mike Woods, Eric Woods, Bryan Woods, Stephen Vance and Wesley Parker.

Honorary pallbearers are her great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren and A.D. Lagrone.
