ROCKDALE
Breakfast
Fruit, cereal and milk served daily.
Monday—Blueberry and sausage pancake wrap.
Tuesday—Egg and cheese scramble.
Wednesday—Blueberry muffin, strawberry yogurt.
Thursday—Biscuits and gravy.
Friday—Waffles.
Elementary and Intermediate Lunch
Milk served daily.
Monday—Turkey corn dog, beef ravioli
in meat sauce, breadstick, peanut butter
sandwich, steamed broccoli.
Tuesday—Pepperoni pizza, chicken nuggets, crispy chicken salad, steamed broccoli.
Wednesday—Orange glazed chicken,
brown rice, spaghetti with meatballs, chef
salad, roll, peas and carrots.
Thursday—Cheese pizza, turkey hot
dog, grilled cheese sandwich, corn-on-thecob. Friday—Hamburger, grilled ham sandwich, grilled chicken salad, roll, green
beans.
Junior High Lunch
Milk served daily.
Monday—Tomato soup, grilled cheese
sandwich, sweet and sour chicken, bean
and cheese tostada, ham and cheese
sandwich, chef salad, mixed vegetables.
Tuesday—Spaghetti with meat sauce,
orange glazed chicken, green chile quesadillas, pepperoni and jalapeño pizza, deli
stacker sandwich, crispy chicken salad,
steamed baby carrots.

Wednesday—Homemade sloppy joes,
beef and broccoli, seasoned brown rice,
nachos, buffalo chicken pizza, chicken salad
sandwich, chicken Caesar salad, corn-onthe cob.
Thursday—Chicken fried steak, mashed
potatoes and gravy, sweet and sour chicken,
chicken burrito, ham and cheese pizza, ham
and cheese sandwich, Italian salad, green
beans.
Friday—Turkey melt sandwich, Kung
Pao chicken, Italian sandwich on wheat,
bean and cheese tacos, Italian sub, buffalo
chicken salad, broccoli Normandy.
High School Lunch
Milk served daily.
Monday—Tomato soup, grilled cheese
sandwich, sweet and sour chicken, Hawaiian
pizza, bean and cheese tostada, Italian Mix
vegetables.
Tuesday—Spaghetti with marinara,
orange glazed chicken, pepperoni and jalapeño pizza, green chile quesadilla, steamed
baby carrots.
Wednesday—Homemade sloppy joe,
beef and broccoli, buffalo chicken pizza,
nachos, corn-on-the-cob.
Thursday—Chicken fried steak, sweet
and sour chicken, ham and cheese pizza,
chicken burrito, green beans.
Friday—Turkey melt sandwich, Kung
Pao chicken, meat lover’s pizza, bean and
cheese tacos, broccoli Normandy.

THORNDALE
Breakfast
Fruit, juice, milk, bottled water, chips,

cookies, yogurt and ice cream offered
daily. Cereal available Monday, Tuesday,
Thursday and Friday.
Monday—Bagel.
Tuesday—Pancake-on-a-stick.
Wednesday—Cinnamon roll, yogurt.
Thursday—Cereal.
Friday—Breakfast pizza.
Lunch
Milk, vegetables, fruit, bottled water,
juice, chips, cookies, yogurt and ice cream
offered daily. Sandwiches and salads
available Monday through Thursday.
Monday—Mini corn dogs, fish nuggets.
Tuesday— Chicken nuggets, steak
fingers.
Wednesday— Chicken fajitas, sof t
tacos.
Thursday—Spaghetti, chicken Parmesan. Friday—Sub sandwich, cheeseburger.

Milano
Breakfast
Milk and juice served daily.
Monday—Waffle, sausage patty, sliced
apples.
Tuesday—Chicken biscuit, pineapple.
Wednesday—Honey bun, sausage link,
mixed fruit.
Thursday—Chocolate muffin, yogurt,
apricots.
Friday—Sausage biscuit, oranges.
Lunch
Milk served daily.
Monday—Chicken fajita, whole wheat
tortilla, refried beans, romaine salad,

pineapple.
Tuesday— Hot dog on wheat bun,
sweet potato fries, broccoli, mixed fruit.
Wednesday—Baked fish wedge, macaroni and cheese, coleslaw, graham
crackers, apricots.
Thursday— Beef and cheese taco
bowl, lettuce, tomato, ranch beans, baby
carrots, cornbread, Mandarin oranges.
Friday—Cheeseburger, lettuce, tomato, pickle, celery sticks, apple.

GAUSE
Breakfast
Cereal, toast, jelly, juice, milk and fruit
served daily.
Monday—Biscuit, sausage.
Tuesday—Oatmeal.
Wednesday—Waffle, little smokies.
Thursday—Scrambled eggs.
Friday—Cinnamon toast, little smokies. Lunch
Meal-to-go, milk and fruit served daily.
Chef salads offered daily to sixth, seventh
and eighth-grades. Baked potatoes available daily to third through eighth grades.
Monday— Corn dog, baked beans,
carrot sticks, cookie.
Tuesday—Chicken fried steak, potatoes, roll, peas, gravy.
Wednesday—Spaghetti, black-eyed
peas, garden salad, garlic toast.
Thursday—Chicken nuggets, potatoes,
glazed carrots, bread.
Friday— Sloppy joes, fries, carrot
sticks, Jell-O.
